We are committed to creating a community which shares information, along with tried and tested methods of improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The Inclusion Exchange was born from the acknowledgement that EDI professionals, and those with a commitment to championing EDI issues need a great sense of resilience and ongoing ‘fuel for the fire’ to continue to make an impact in their environments.
